Progress as of March 23

Shingles are up. Porch is on its way.

Roof trusses go up

Actually as I post this, the shingles are up, the windows are in, and the screen porch is being completed. Have that up soon.

Bath Redo

We had a plan from the original Architecturals. But after we saw i framed, we are worried that the shower was to small. Its so hard to look at the plans and envision what it will be in reality. So, after talking to Gary, we are going to change it around. This plan shows what we want to do instead.

Porch Goes Up

The porch has been framed enough that we can walk out from the French doors we put in 7 years ago. The roof trusses are supposed to go up this week.

Up in No TIme

After the concrete floor was poured, it took only 2 days to have a second floor. We still have to officially pick the new siding for the house. We have 2 picked out, but these may be over budget. I'll hopefully find out in a day or so. The roof may be up in a week if the weather holds.
